Goal: Create Global Action with name: New Prospect to :

Quickly create Contact record with these fields:

• Contact Name
• Contact Email
• Stage : new custom field of type picklist :
  • [Prospect, Showing Interest, Closing] with pre-filled value Prospect

Steps:

1. Create custom field Stage of type picklist as per our requirement
2. Create New Global Action New Prospect for the Contact Object
3. Create Actions Layout for this Action with above mentioned fields
4. Make sure this field Stage comes with pre-filled value Prospect
5. Add this Action to Global Publisher Layouts so that this will be available in the Chatter page
